Get fit for summer with our boot camp sessions at the Abbey Health Club in Redditch. Our Adult Boot Camp (16 onwards) is available for both women and men and will begin every Monday from 6pm onwards starting Monday 13th June onwards.
Our Boot Camp sessions are a fantastic and fun way to keep fit, featuring a 1 hour exercise /circuit session followed by use of health club facilities (gym, swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room).
Our adult boot camp sessions are priced at £5.00 each session for non members, £2.50 each session for members. Includes use of pool and facilities to use at your leisure after each session.
